Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- Personalized or custom products  
- Personal care items  
- Hazardous materials  
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.

EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Items must still meet the return conditions listed above.

Refunds
